Gallagher Convention Centre (GCC)
Gallagher Convention Centre is one of Africa’s largest conference and exhibition venues. Located in Midrand, between Pretoria and Johannesburg, GCC is conveniently positioned in the business hub of Gauteng.

By Air

Gallagher Convention Centre is located approximately 36 km southeast of O.R. Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg. GCC is accessible via taxi or the Gautrain.
Taxi

The Gautrain
Take Gautrain Airport Line (yellow) change at Marlboro Station into North-South Commuter Line (red) to Hatfield, drop off at Midrand Station. For more information please visit www.gautrain.co.za
Gautrain provides shuttle buses from the Midrand Station to Gallagher Convention Centre and back.

The Gautrain

For international guests we recommend the use of the Gautrain to reach the Gallagher Convention Centre drop off at the Midrand Station. The Gautrain line runs from Rosebank, Johannesburg through Midrand to Hatfield, Pretoria and back.

By Car

From the airport:
Take the R24 to Johannesburg. At Gillooly’s Interchange take the N3 split to Pretoria. Stay on this road for approximately 15 km. Take the N1 split to Pretoria. Take either the Allandale Road or New Road off-ramp (see below).
ALLANDALE ROAD OFF-RAMP:
From Johannesburg:
Take the Allandale Road off-ramp to enter Midrand. Take the Kempton Park split and then the Midrand slip onto the Old Pretoria Road. At the traffic lights, turn right into Le Roux Road. At the traffic lights turn left into Richards Drive. Proceed over two stop streets. Gallagher Convention Centre will be on your left.
From Pretoria:
Take the Allandale Road off-ramp to enter Midrand. Follow the signs to Old Pretoria Road  / K101. Turn left into Old Pretoria Road / K101. Travel along until you reach Johnnic Boulevard. Turn left into Johnnic Boulevard and Gallagher Convention Centre will be in front of you.
NEW ROAD OFF-RAMP:
From Johannesburg:
Take the New Road off-ramp (after Allandale). Turn right at the traffic lights into New Road and drive over the highway passing through the traffic lights. At the second set of traffic lights, turn right into K101 Old Pretoria Road. Turn right into Johnnic Boulevard and Gallagher Convention Centre will be in front of you.
From Pretoria:
Follow the N1 towards Johannesburg. Take the New Road off-ramp, turn left at the traffic lights into New Road. At the second set of traffic lights, turn right onto K101 / Old Pretoria Road. Turn right into Johnnic Boulevard and Gallagher Convention Centre will be in front of you.
